Type 1 Soft Wheat Flour | W220 by Grandi Molini Italiani, thanks to its bran content, provides more fibre than classic flours, without however having the strong taste and dark colour of wholemeal flour. The special blend of grains gives each recipe a delicate flavour and an amber colour.

This flour is produced by milling and sieving of a soft wheat blend free from foreign matters and

impurities in accordance with the Italian Laws.

INGREDIENTS: type 1  SEMI WHOLE FLOUR.

May contain traces of soy and seesam.
