Piadina flat bread with extra virgin olive oil, with a very thin dough that doesn't break. 


It is a typical flat bread from Romagna region where is used as a substitute of bread for sandwichees and breadsticks for aperitivi.
It is the best wheb filled with salumis and mozzarealla di bufala or burrata.
Besides the traditional piadina, it can also be used for tortilla by folding the bread's extremities after filling.
Also excellent to prepare rolls to be cut into slices for appetizers.

Soft wheat flour, water, emulsifier: glycerol, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil (3,4%), salt, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate, diphosphates, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, yeast,  hickener: guar flour, acidity regulator: citric acid.
May contain traces of sesame and soy.
