FEATURES: Produced with grain which gives great elasticity and tightness.
INDICATIONS FOR USE: Pizza Verace is suited for: - fermentation from 10-16 hours at room temperature - chilled storage at 4 °C for up to 3 days - strengthening for weak flours.
